This piece is a vintage green crackle glass pitcher typically hand-blown art glass from the mid-century modern (MCM) era (1960s–1970s). The entire body of the pitcher has a tight, all-over textured or "crackle" pattern. The process to achieve this effect is achieved by dipping the hot, semi-formed glass into cold water and then reheating it to seal the cracks, which results in a unique, light-refracting finish.

This style pitcher is frequently attributed to West Virginia-based companies such as Blenko, Pilgrim, or Kanawha Glass. I feel this is more than likely Pilgrim glass.
